Chapter Meetings

Chapter meetings are schedueld for the third Wednesday of each month. They are held inside the Brighton Town Hall located at 2300 Elmwood Ave. Look for us downstairs or in the Community Meeting Room. As always, meetings are open to the public. A fly tying demo is held at 7:30 p.m., and at 8:00 p.m. meetings will begin.

Activities - Past & Present

Here you will find past activities the chapter has been involved in. The chapter is always busy and has countless events on record. Although, there is not always an available moment to capture them in writing and pictures. We'll do our best to post our activities as long as content is avaialable. Enjoy the memories that are posted and if anyone has an activity they are interested in posting, bring it to the attention of the chapter board and… hey, you never know.

Seth Green Annual Banquet

The 2009 Banquet committe will be brought together early this fall to begin planning. Stay informed by attending the monthly chapter meetings and watch for the chapter newsletter as well.

TU Seth Green Fly Tying Course – Introduction to Fly Tying

This course is intended to teach a novice or beginner the art of fly tying, how to tie well proportioned and well constructed fishing flies for trout fishing. The course consist of seven 2-hour teaching sessions and one 2-hour review session. [check it out]

The annual Fly Fishing School

The 2008 Fly Fishing School preperations are underway. Last year we couldn’t have asked for a better day. With temperatures near 80 degrees and just a light breeze, it was a perfect recipe for sunburn and just plain ol’ feeling good. Let’s hope for the same this year. [check it out]
